First Visit

First, we would like to thank you for trusting us in your care.

Your first visit will involve a detailed discussion about your diagnosis and the possible treatment options.

Sometimes, it's possible to start treatment during your initial consultation. However, if you have a complex medical history or require a specialized treatment plan, we might need to schedule a follow-up visit for the actual treatment.

To help us serve you better during your consultation, please bring the following:

  • Any relevant x-rays. If it's too short notice to have them sent over, you might need to collect them yourself and bring them to our office. Should we need more detailed images, we can take new x-rays here.

  • A current list of any medications you're taking.

  • If you're covered by dental insurance, please bring your insurance details and any forms that need to be filled out. This will help us expedite the process and ensure you get the maximum benefit from your coverage.

  • Appropriate referral from your dentist or physician to indicate the needed treatment

Note: Patients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Please inform our office beforehand if you have any medical conditions (such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or if you have artificial heart valves or joints, have had rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you're on specific medications (like heart medications, aspirin, or anticoagulant therapy) that could affect your treatment.

If you have any questions or need further clarification about your upcoming visit, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
